Role - Export Geography Product Onboarding Manager
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant
Manager – Export Geography Product Onboarding. The role involves managing export
documentation, product onboarding, regulatory compliance, and coordination across
international markets for FMCG products.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end export product onboarding for international geographies.
● Handle export documentation including dispatch requirements, shipping documentation,
customs compliance, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
● Coordinate product registration activities across export markets and ensure timely
approvals.
● Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, packaging, quality, and commercial teams to
ensure smooth product launches.
● Ensure compliance with local certifications, labeling norms, and import/export
regulations for respective countries.
● Track and maintain documentation related to product approvals, certifications, and
export records.
● Liaise with external agencies, certification bodies, and distributors for product
registration and onboarding activities.
● Monitor changing international compliance requirements and support implementation
across markets.
● Support launch timelines by ensuring all onboarding and regulatory requirements are
completed within defined timelines.
Skills & Qualifications
● Prior experience in cosmetic product compliance and export regulations will be highly
preferred.
● Strong understanding of international product registration and export processes across
multiple geographies.
● Experience working with Indian FMCG brands handling exports.
● 4–5 years of experience in a similar export onboarding / regulatory / international
compliance role.
● Strong exposure to Export documentation, Dispatch and shipping compliance, Product
registration, Local certification requirements
● Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
● Candidates with global certifications in product registration, regulatory approvals, or
export compliance will be preferred.
● Industry Preference- FMCG, Cosmetics / Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Products
● Experience Range - 4–5 years
